Tatianista (aka Tatiana Zimkus) is a glamorously eccentric, subculture fashionista who is passionate about the art of dressing daringly (and sometimes dangerously).  She established a flair for an unusually self-expressive sense of style as a young girl, winning the “Madonna Award” in sixth-grade summer camp and, later in life, Miss Gothic Massachussets in 2003.

Tatiana has an extensive background in the world of both mainstream and underground fashion, as well as  antique and vintage clothing, and more than ten years experience in the Luxury Fashion and Beauty Industry.

She’s built a solid reputation in the past decade. Her employers in the Boston area have included BARNEYS NY (February 2006-Present), as well as CHRISTIAN DIOR, GRETTALUXE and RICCARDI. She has been the Wardrobe Stylist and Coordinator for many fashion shows and performances, including those for ONYX HARDWARE, BRANIMIRA IVANOVA and, most recently, a music video for DESAR. She has also been a personal Costume & Assistant for likes of DITA VON TEESE, among others.

Tatiana has extensive knowledge of Costume History and has had much experience dealing with antique clothing, textiles and collectibles. She was the proprietor of a home-based, self-operated business, TATIANA VICTORIANA, for nearly ten years, selling vintage & antique clothing and accessories via mail order and the internet.

She currently spends most of her time selling fabulous ready-to-wear clothing for a high-end retailer in the Boston area. However, she still has limited availability for freelance work as a Clothing Stylist, Wardrobe Consultant, Fashion Show Coordinator and Personal Shopper, specializing in fashion suitable for artists, entertainers, individualists and divas.
